Change Password

Please note, the password policy requirements have changed.

Your new password must now meet the requirements as specified as below:

  • be a minimum of 14 characters or longer
  • contain at a minimum:
  • 1 Uppercase letter (e.g. ABC)
  • 1 Lowercase letter (e.g. abc)
  • 1 Number (e.g. 123)
  • 1 Special character (e.g. $#&@)
  • be changed monthly (you will be prompted to do so)
  • In order to use some of the new features, your internet browser needs to be Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
  • Please note that we do not support any browsers other than Internet Explorer 5.5 or above.
  • Should you need any assistance or experience any problems please log a call with our helpdesk on +27 (0)21 938 1111.
  • Please use the above helpdesk number when you need to reset your password.
  • Please ensure you have the following information ready when calling helpdesk:
    • Your supplier number
    • Your username
